Founder
Divya Rai
Divya, an athlete since her school days and an avid marathoner, always prioritized health and fitness. In 2022, she founded The Run Age, having previously led a running community in Bhopal.
Through countless conversations with members, she realized the profound impact of fitness—people were overcoming depression, strengthening family bonds, and even improving health conditions they once thought were permanent.
Witnessing these life-changing transformations, she felt a deeper responsibility to create change at a societal level, leading to the birth of Anahata Foundation.
Parul Shrivastava
Parul joined the movement as a member struggling with health challenges post-motherhood. A runner herself, she found immense strength and recovery through running and the fitness community.
Half marathons and deep conversations around wellness helped her regain control of her health. Inspired, she stepped up as a core member, ensuring her experiences and learnings empower others facing similar struggles.
Rohan Dayal
Rohan, the youngest of the team, brings unwavering energy and a strong sense of community.
A passionate runner with multiple full and half marathons under his belt, he thrives on connecting people and making things happen.
He is the go-to person for all on-ground execution, ensuring Anahata’s impact reaches as many lives as possible.
