SHAKTI RUN

Anahata’s signature event, Shakti Run, celebrates women’s empowerment and fitness, inspiring individuals to break barriers and embrace strength.

  1. 3000 Participated including Females, police officers, bikers, kids and many more.
  2. Lacs of individuals were impacted by the run and were made aware of a fit lifestyle.

FITNESS SESSIONS

Anahata’s Anganwadi Wellness Sessions empower communities by integrating fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being into everyday life.

  1. Grassroots Health Awareness – Educating mothers and children on preventive healthcare and holistic well-being.
  2. 200+ Aganwadi members addressed and made aware of the preventive health care
  3. 500+ Blind school kids were addressed and made aware of the preventive health care.
